HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

USPS Shipping

Orders are typically processed within one business day. USPS usually delivers within 3 to 8 business days. If you order Priority shipping then USPS usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days depending on where you are located.

Our warehouse is located in Corvallis, OR. 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping in the United States if you spend over $25. The Free Shipping option will automatically appear during checkout. The $25 threshold is after any discounts applied. 

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping is calculated based on total weight of order and the destination country. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY ORDER WILL COST?

Just add items to your cart and then click "checkout". As you get into the checkout process, you will see your order total based on the cost of the items and the destination. 

 

HOW ARE DUTIES AND TAXES CALCULATED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Duties or customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Customs will determine based on the country of origin and the classification of the merchandise. You will be responsible for paying these extra charges at delivery of your order. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation. Shipping confirmations are sent out once your order is processed. 

 

CAN I MAKE  A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, or shipping method. Because we process orders quickly there is only a small window of time after an order is placed where we can cancel the order or change the shipping address.

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING OR CAN I INCLUDE NOTES WITH MY ORDER?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. 

We do not offer personalized notes at this time, but is something we hope to make available soon.

HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?

If you are not happy with your order you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once we receive your returned product. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

In order to receive the refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging with any tags still attached. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
