Round Health App:

Round was designed so that patients can schedule when they need to take their medication and receive corresponding phone alerts. This app has a vast library of medications, even OTC meds, vitamins, and supplements. You can program in the number for your dosage as well as program how many pills you have in total for your prescription. This allows the app to notify you when you are getting low on your medications for easier reordering and track-ability.
It also works for scheduling your kid’s medication and supplement dosages. It’s hard enough to remember to take your own multivitamin in the morning! This app will help everyone in your family stay on their scheduled dosages and help you keep things organized and tidy.
Driving Apps:

In a recent 2018 study by the Pew Research Center, it was found that, “stay-at-home moms and dads account for about one-in-five U.S. Parents. There’s a lot of us out there! So, what is something that we can incorporate into our everyday lives that doesn’t take much time, set-up, and can be stopped anytime in case the poor kiddo calls you feeling sick that day? Driving.
Many of you reading this probably have a reliable, safe, and durable car that gets pretty good gas mileage. You’re already out shuttling kids to school, then picking them up and moving them to gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, or whatever else activity that they’re involved in this season.
Driving for money has never been easier with phone apps like Lyft, Uber, and food delivery services. All that you need is a car that was made in 2007 or later, go through with a background check, and to be 21 or older with at least one year of background driving experience. I would guess that most of our dear readers out there fit all these prerequisites!
Youper:
Youper, an ‘Emotional Health Assistant’ is an app designed to make your day a little less stressful, and kickstart your mind and body into making great decisions throughout the day. Youper was developed in San Francisco and uses artificial intelligence to ‘learn’ how to better advise, support, and help individuals get the most out of their lives. The AI learning was developed by doctors, scientists, and engineers in Silicon Valley so that you receive unique personalization to your mental wellness.
A great app on the go for high stress times, or maybe you need a little bit of a cooldown period before taking to the basketball court to coach your kid’s team. Whatever your needs, destressing is a tool that we could all use more of, and app’s like this have enabled access to low stress tools and techniques like the world has never seen before.
Audible:
Audible is a classic phone app that has been used for years by millions of people. Books on tape got a whole lot easier when you can download them on to your phone on the go. With the ability to ‘archive’ your books after listening to them, this means you’ll always have extra space on your device for the next digital book to download.
Audible has a 30-day free trial period, where you are given one digital download for free. After that, Amazon will bill you $14.95 per month giving you a book credit. Where you can use that credit to purchase anything in the Audible library – even if the book is at a higher price point than your $14.95.
If you’re a parent that is constantly on the go and you’re looking for a vast library of easily accessible books, Audible is a great choice.
Adobe Photoshop Express:

One of my favorite apps! The best app for image editing on the go. We all want to make sure that our photos look the best for our social medias, and this is the perfect app to do just that.
A few things that this app can help you with seamlessly and easily:
Perspective Correction
Remove Noise
Apply Blur
Personalize with different effects, and filters
Easy use collage maker – great for your child’s sporting events!
Highly recommended if you’re looking to capture your family’s best of times with professional looking photos and collages that you will treasure forever.
Uber Eats:

One day, you realize that you have nothing planned for dinner. There are way too many things to do after work and school, and you have sports practices to transport kids to until around 5 PM. Pizza doesn’t sound great. Plus, you try to avoid fast food as much as possible, so you’re stuck.
Then you remember: You downloaded Uber Eats to your phone after reading this blog! You manage to get your kids from their practice and time the Uber Eats delivery of your favorite local restaurant so that the food arrives just in time! Look at you, you super parent. You just saved the day.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of device apps that can improve your life. Feel free to write in the comments which phone apps you’re using to make the most out of life and we’ll be sure to give them a try and add them to our next list!
